| Abstract: | Over the past ten years most disputes between employers and employees have been solved in a peaceful way. Appointed courts of inquiry have become a thing of the past. This article is a round-up of the processes of dispute resolution, first touching on pendulum arbitration and no-strike agreements, and then discussing the role of Acas conciliators and the TUC. |
