| Abstract: | The USSR is going to enter the global market. In reshaping its economic structure to conform Western practices, the USSR is creating genuine commercial banks, as a first step in controlling inflation. Western accounting systems have to be adopted. Since May 1990 new laws have been protecting the rights of Soviet and foreign citizens. |
