| Abstract: | Research on cyclical queuing systems is broken down into two categories: cycling server models, and cycling customer models. Within each category, details of a basic model are presented and then specialized models are discussed. A diverse sample of cyclical queuing models is presented, with emphasis on current work and research directed towards industrial applications. |
