Abstract: | As part of a more tightly defined strategic focus, corporations have been doggedly outsourcing and subcontracting all sorts of operations that previously had been handled inhouse. Then there are those most visible, most complex examples of outsourcing: the growing number of companies that are moving to subcontract part, or even all, of their computer operations. A series of short articles reveals some aspects of this trend and the implications for marketing of these changes. |
