| Abstract: | 10 years ago when this magazine surveyed IMA women members at the managerial level and above, there were numerous complaints about job discrimination and the 'glass ceiling'. The latest survey of 2 000 women at all levels presents a new image of female IMA members: more assertive, more optimistic, more self-confident, but still emphasizing obstacles to promotion and career success. |
