Abstract: | First, the relation of self-efficacy and Type A behaviour pattern /TABP/ with sales performance is examined. Then the relationship between TABP and both quality and quantity measures of sales performance is explored. Some support was found for the predicted positive relationship between self-efficacy and sales performance. |
