| Abstract: | It is well known that time is scheduled, used and experienced very differently in some cultures versus others. This chapter discusses and develops the concept of time processing and later the Time Processing Matrix (TPM) as a tool for strategic managers. Understanding the concepts of time processing through the Time Processing Matrix can help in the development of strategy and its application. Time processing will first be introduced in terms of business examples. |
