| Abstract: | Introduction of a new system of administrative automation in an organization is a complex and laborious matter: many decisions have to be taken both by members of purchasing organization as well as by members of the selling organization. The relationship between time and success is considered in the context of procurement and implementation of administrative automation projects. Results of the empirical research show that an optimum in thoroughness of internal preparation exists,which is most effective regarding the quality of the project. |
