| Abstract: | The reasons that China needs to practice international management at present are market problem of China's large-sized industrial enterprises, and China's comparison advantage is in the labor-tense industries. So in the choices of management strategies, we should pay attention to making up abroad expansion strategic ladder advantages and forming a better cycle in technical inter-complement, tech-advanced and tech-expansion; using co-capital management in directive investment and buying but not building up investment abroad. |
