| Abstract: | It is predicted that in the next century , 1. non-state enterprises will enjoy a more relaxed environment of public opinions and faster growth; 2. family-run enterprises, stock ones and non-state enterprise groups will increase, and in five or ten years the staff of non-state enterprises will become well-educated and specialized; 3. characteristics of superiority's will change dramatically; 4. the mode of growth will be brought in line with the world economy in an effective way, and non-state enterprises will annex state and collective ones; 5. cheap labor will decrease; 6. the management system of non-state enterprises will be streamlined. |
