| Abstract: | Taking TCL group corporation as the example, this paper analyzes the operation of assets, the expansion of enterprises' scale and the relationship between the government and enterprises during the past more than ten years under the form of mixed ownership. It gets some enlightenment from it. Under the market economy, the state-owned sector should enter into an alliance with and cooperate with other economic sectors. We should have a correct understanding of the concepts of state-owned economy, state-owned enterprises and state-owned assets. The mixed ownership will help realize the strategic development objective and social equity. |
