| Abstract: | During the past about 50 years' economic construction, Chinese ownership structure has been going from the public ownership as the only legal one to private ownership as the public one's supplementary ownership, and now private economy has been recognized as an important component of Chinese socialist market economy. The report read on the 15th National Congress of the Communist Part of China told us to firmly insist on productive forces criterion in our ownership restructuring. During the stage of Chinese initial socialism, mixed economy is the more rational choice. The characteristics of Chinese mixed economy are as follows: 1. various kinds of ownerships coexist and compete fairly. 2. various sorts of ownerships develop mixedly. 3. public assets predominate in the whole social assets and non-public economy predominates in output, tax and so on |
