| Abstract: | More than 150 broadcasters of the National Radio and TV Organizations in Africa (URTNA) gathered in Nairobi in October 1987 in order to exchange their experiences on broadcasting and discuss important problems. In the festival 150 or so TV programs were presented. The main goal is to reduce foreign programs and to increase the exchange of the products of the member countries. |
