| Abstract: | For 16 days - the period of winter olympics - the Canadian Television (CTV) was the host broadcaster. CTV covered 46 events, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies, medal presentations and news conferences. Besides they had to organize the services for approx. 2000 broadcasters all over the world, CTV works with an adequate video technology and with the most advanced equipments. They have mobile units in a great number and are able to be on spot everywhere. For the foreign broadcasters they assured reliable, internationally known equipments. |
