| Abstract: | Because of the demographic timebomb, it is important that attention should be focused on the older managers as they are a key resource for organisation success. The survey this article is about set out to investigate how UK organisations deal with this problem. The results show that only few organisations meet the needs of the 40 to 55 year-old and it is the company that may suffer as a result. |
