| Abstract: | In recent 15 years, China's financing lease industry has made great progress with the accumulated introduced foreign investment of USD 15 billion. But such problems as slow speed and small scale in development, lack of encouraging policies and effective management, especially the serious problem of rent arrear have made some leasing companies move ahead difficultly. So at present, it is urgent to take effective measures to promote the healthy and rapid development of China's financing lease industry. |
