| Abstract: | The international leasing modes include capital lease, financing lease, business lease maintenance lease and leveraged lease. It has such advantages as providing financing channels for utilizing foreign funds, no influence by the world inflation and the changes of exchange rates, the rate of maximum utilization of equipment's, ensuring the quality of imported equipment's and being able to enjoy certain preferential taxation. To elevate China's status in the utilization of foreign investment, first, we should free us from doubts about the international leasing and then incorporate it into the plan on utilizing foreign investment. Besides we must have necessary funds, factory buildings and supplementary equipment's. |
