| Abstract: | At the present stage, China's lease financing business can not be conducted widely due to the trammels of old concept. The change in the state's investment system has hindered the shift of leasing companies' role. And the laws and regulations on lease financing are imperfect. In view of the above, this paper raises the following solutions: strengthening publicity to make enterprises master this new credit mode as soon as possible; losing no time to promulgate laws on lease financing to ensure the healthy development of lease financing business; supporting lease financing by giving it preferential policies on taxation, insurance and credit; solving as soon as possible the problem of delaying paying rent, which has puzzled leasing organizations. |
