| Abstract: | The paper discusses the developments in corporate governance theory and practice. It examines whether these developments can add value for the local subsidiaries of Multinational Enterprises. The authors introduce a theoretical basis for evaluation of governance models within MNEs. This is done with providing four governance frameworks for subsidiary corporations. |
