| Abstract: | The article investigates the importance of work-life balance of expatriate women. To research this issue, interviews were conducted with 10 Austrian female expatriates. The outcome supports the existing study results, such as assumption that work life's effect on family life has a greater impact on expatriates' lives than vice versa. |
