| Abstract: | Social control of science is not only a new theoretical problem in sociology of science, but also a practical problem to be studied urgently in the course of the system reformation of economy and science and technology, and in coordinating the development of science and technology and economy and society in modern China. The author, by introduction of the concept of social control, is trying to study the pattern, characteristic, significance, and the form, content and the trend of development of social control in China's scientific and technological advances. |
