| Abstract: | Since the Slovenian companies haven't been built up by the principle of technological specialization in the past , they have developed into conglomerates which included numerous programmes, even programmes of varied branches. Therefore , most of Slovenian companies are corporations. Because of the small size of individual programmes the use of the corporate principles of organizing can not be efficient.In order to achieve an optimal efficiency of organizing, we propose a specific organizational approach for companies in transition which would enable companies to servive and function normally in new circumstances. |
