| Abstract: | The essence of the modern enterprise system should be that stockholders and enterprises are no more than companies of enterprise. Creation of this system has to make important headway in competitive sectors before 2000. After that emphasis will shift to sectors of natural monopoly, enterprises of special products and those of public interests. By 2010 most enterprises will complete establishment of a modern enterprise system. |
