Abstract:Employees and customers benefit as well when partners resolve differences and revitalize their business using this ten-step technique. Collaborative efforts to succeed at growing businesses through partnership or other business alliances can have tremendous benefits for the participants. Unfortunately, many such ventures flounder because of the inability of partners to resolve disputes. Rather than allowing valuable relationships to be destroyed, business collaborators can seek objective outside help in resolving their differences and building on their common ground.
