Abstract:The paper introduces a study identifying relationships between perceived ethical values in Polish businesses and the level of management, finance and marketing challenges met by entrepreneurs. The results suggest that perceived company ethical values associated with a decline in believed business challenges. The implication is that Polish firms might better concentrate on developing an ethical organizational context to improve their reputations and interactions with the environment.
