| Abstract: | The study examines whether the relationship between class membership and electoral voting has declined. The goal is to present the evidence on the significance of social class for voting behaviour. The survey was made by using Polish General Social Survey data on respondents voting behaviour in parliamentary elections of 1991, 1994, 1997 and 2001. The findings reveal that class membership does indeed have a significant impact on voting behaviour in context of post–communism. |
