The virtual bank is the rejuvenated dinosaur which has broken out of its cumbersome and expensive bricks and mortar shell to reach closer to its livelihood - the customer. The channels it uses, the telephone, TV or multi-media kiosk, enable it to extend its scope from its 1 ,000 branches into millions of homes and offices. |
