| Abstract: | During the post-cold war period, with the regrouping of world economic powers and emergence of a new international order, creation of a "round-China economic circle" has become rational and necessary. This circle is to be constructed by means of multi-level, all-dimension and mutually infiltrating industrial cooperation with a number of local economic circles around and by means of open strategy with dual superiority in regional and industrial open-up. So attention must be paid to rationalization of the industrial structure and economic unification of the mainland, Taiwan, Hongkong and Macao devised and promoted. |
