| Abstract: | The relative workable tactics with SWTO model analysis are: 1, to make good use of advantages and opportunities to choose aim market, that is off-shore commercial center along Pear River Delta, and become the commercial change-point along Straits, and play a interchange role between China and Europe; 2.to heighten competition power, such as add up free-taxation kinds of off-shore commercial organizations, widen management of off-shore banks and enforce coordination with Hong Kong, and seek for setting up mutual beneficial partner relations with neighbors; and 3,to improve inner environment in Macao. |
