Abstract: | Aynsley China's chairman G.Deith has led his management team in a buyout form the Irish parent company. Flexibility and a broad and profitable product range of china and pottery give Aynsley ample opportunity to become an excellent marketeer rather than forcing it to follow the production-led tradition of the rest of the industry. Freed from the constraints of group-think, Aynsley's managers can pursue a sales strategy tailored to the specific needs and abilities of the company, both in the UK and overseas. Aynsley has a strong management team, though Deith must fill any gaps in experience before a flotation. |
