| Abstract: | The Disney parks have an element of perfection that separates them from the competition and draws millions of visitors. Investors will be offered a share in Euro Disneyland. Unlike USA parks which are directly owned by the parent company, and Tokyo Disneyland which is held under license by Japanese , Euro Disneyland will be floated on the Paris stock exchange as a separate company. The new company will be developed and financed by two owner companies. The Disney standards are safety, courtesy, show and efficiency. All staff are trained using a media mix to impart message. The senior executives receive the most training ensuring "Disney-style" management. |
