| Abstract: | The development of an alternative criterion-related model requiring smaller sample sizes, based on an integration and extension of 3 past synthetic validity models, related to worker-oriented job elements, assessing test-job element relationships, and an overall summary statistic in a correlation to express relation degree between a battery of tests and a performance evaluation system. Systemwide synthetic validation. Elemental tests and performance ratings. Six Tables and three Figures illustrate the study. |
