Abstract: | This paper aims at determining the structural relationships between job involvement, job satisfaction (henceforth as: j-s.), and three dimensions of organizational commitment (here as: cmmt.), that is, i. affective, ii. normative, and iii. continuance cmmt. in the Turkish hospitality industry. Based on a questionnaire survey performed among the full-time employees of 5-star hotels in the Antalya region, it is shown that job involvement, i. cmmt., and ii. cmmt. increase j-s., and job involvement affects i. cmmt. and ii. cmmt. Moreover, a new path model was gathered as a result of this study. |
