Abstract:The paper presents a study that explores managerial work values in Turkey. The authors study a data set comprising questionnaire answers of 1023 managers, and conduct regression and ANOVA analyses. The findings show that organization size is related to managerial values: the smaller the organization, the higher the proper values are held. Organizational tenure, the number of subordinates and the educational level did not have significant impact on work values. Integrity, doing work with care and discipline and achievement were the three most held values in the study.
