| Abstract: | The article provides some predictions on the factors that are set to change the face of the automotive sector. These factors comprise of environmental pollution and congestion targets, a weaker U.S. currency, the rise of some Asian countries, and consolidation among vehicle and component manufacturers. Included is among others information on 'EU Light vehicle assembly and capacity 1990-2011. |
