| Abstract: | Shenzhen's future development model and the best combination form and option of Shenzhen's economic integration are to establish Hong Kong-Shenzhen economic zone featuring "sharing out the work and helping one another", mutual complementation in function, rational layout, and "cities and zone forming a complete system" according to the principle of "one zone, two systems", on the basis of the economic cooperation between the two cities and the is linking up. The realistic function of establishing such an economic zone is to both ensure Hong kong's smooth return to the motherland and its sustained prosperity and development after its return, and promote Shenzhen's sustained economic growth. |
