| Abstract: | Developments in the governance and institutions of the European Union in 1995 were not as spectacular as in previous years, but included a number of noteworthy developments and shift in emphasis from the setting up of new procedures resulting from the Maastricht Treaty to preparation for the 1996 IGC. 1995 was also marked as being the first membership year of Sweden, Finland and Austria. |
