Abstract:Strictly controlling population growth is a matter of prime importance. Otherwise, ecological environment will certainly be influenced. So we need to use Hong Kong's system of land use for reference squeezing out the extensively processing industry which occupies more land and has more waste gas, water and material, and the surplus population in the city. Besides, we should make great efforts to develop overhead, light-rail and speedy public transportation. As Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Ningbo are all river mouth cities or seaside cities, we must value their special rare resources, make river mouth and ocean keep clean and prevent the pollution brought in transportation.
