Abstract:Economic globalization, in essence, is the historical process of market economic integration world wide and the expression of an all-out advance and unprecedented great development of market economy. It will exert both positive and negative influence on various countries in the world. It is both a chance and a challenge to China. China should actively participate in it and meet the challenge. To this end, China should enhance people's strategic and participating awareness, put more efforts on reform and opening up in a bid to integrate its economy with the world economy. Besides, it should have strong information awareness and competition awareness, thereby promoting China's economic informatization by adjusting industrial structure and developing enterprises' ability of meeting an emergency and the competitive power of their products
