Abstract:Since China economic development accompanied with the challenges and pressure of internationalization and general adoption of market principle, financial service opening must contain more risks. The major influence of liberalization of financial business on China economic development is the expanding of foreign financial institutions' investment on China. On the other hand, liberalization of capital movement makes the next target of China foreign currency system reform point to open capital account.
