| Abstract: | The article summarizes the argument of four different strategies of EC development widening-first, deepening-first, for also widening, differentiated widening (a Europe of several circles). Author warns countries seeking accession that it is a serious step on their part, for EC has a built-in dynamics of its own, integration is a moving train which cannot easily be stopped by a passenger. |
