| Abstract: | Previous findings suggest that there is link between knowledge work, economic growth and urban development. In this conceptual paper the authors consider the factors that attract and keep knowledge workers in globally flourishing knowledge cities. The analysis draws mainly upon literature review. The conclusion part of this paper offers a list about the requirements that knowledge workers wish their residential environment should fulfill. |
