| Abstract: | It seems to protect the public ownership for limiting to transfer state stock, but, in fact, it is harmful to public ownership. The urgent matter is to sell the deficit enterprise's stock. The most efficient way of making up deficits and increase surpluses is to allow state stock to transfer, which individual can control and manage them. Now China should seize the opportunity of social steady and stock market in good situation to sell state stock, otherwise , we will loss a good chance. |
