| Abstract: | In the situation that the challenge exists with the opportunity, Fujian province, where it and Taiwan province face each other across the Taiwan straits, should give full play to its superiority, which become the important place where two province can co-operation in opening up and develop economics. Thus, to create favorable conditions, to promote "open to navigation, communicate letter and access by postal communication" between two places and seize opportunity, it pushes the form of Fujian, Hong Kong and Taiwan economic circle, and carry out the high level cooperation in many fields. |
