| Abstract: | To set up financial system development that depends on its own strength accompanies the reform of tradition work process that usually from up to down in the financial field. The development that relies on its own strength is "change system" not "improve ways" which only produce short-term influence and result. Therefor it can not essentially change financial movement's overall environment and can not supply a new system condition to financial development. |
