| Abstract: | From now on, in the reform of national property right system, a distinction should be made between state and state owned enterprise. the state possess original property right; enterprise owns property right of body corporate. On that basis, we can set up good economic relationship between the state and enterprises. The key is to establish and perfect public ownership's property system which accords with the demand of market economic development in our country. |
