| Abstract: | To start to use market mechanism and rationally dispose land resources, it is demand that socialism market economy requires for the landed estate market. The premise of setting up and moving market mechanism is the distinct of property right relationship. The prefect of land property right and its distinct is direct proportion with rationally disposing land resources. There are some problems in land property right. The land property right system that accord with market economy must be established. |
