| Abstract: | To perfect the central bank's macro adjustment system, China should really set up the central bank's authority in the stabilization of its currency. It should determine the final and medium aims of financial policies and perfect the financial organizational system. The specialized banks should be transformed to commercial banks and policy financial institutions should be established. Additionally, China should set up regional share holding commercial banks and should standardize and develop non bank financial institutions. |
