| Abstract: | The special situation of the southeast region of Fujian province and the special stage of its economic development show that this region need to both become a mature industrial district from an ordinary one and to upgrade its product structure to realize its modernization, export-orientation and high-gradation. The general objective is to build Southeast Fujian into a prosperous economic belt in the region of Taiwan Strait. The main point of the policy is : The mutual compensation between Fujian and Taiwan; Making breakthrough in the south and north; Strengthening the central part; Spurring on the inner part; Enhancing basic facilities and upgrading the structure. |
