| Abstract: | To keep our market economy in normal operation and regulate economic structure and the investment proportion between governments and the public, we should adopt the policy of "moderate financial retrenchment" and appropriate monetary elasticity." The characteristic of this policy is: when the present economic overheating has been put under control, the economic development should be promoted through performing comparatively consistent and stable policies, rather than through tight or loose policies to attain short-term objectives. |
